broken TOC #25

hmmm, the table of contents is broken online. Will try to sleuth it out but may not be able to.

crud. Building locally from a fresh copy of master does not reproduce the problem.

This gitbook issue is the same thing as what I am seeing: https://github.com/GitbookIO/gitbook/issues/991

To reproduce, if you do see a full TOC when loading the book, use the right-left arrows on each side of the main page - for me that clears the TOC down to two items. Firefox 41.0.2 on Ubuntu.

I think gitbooks might be "stuck": I don't think updates are showing either. If anyone has any ideas for unsticking it...

This was fixed at D-data when I added TOC to each main page.
