Hey guys, I don't know if anyone has done this before but I hacked a little telegram bot that shows openaq data when send a location or address. If you have a telegram account you can check it out here https://t.me/DontPolluteMeBot What you think? Want to get the repo in here? Any way great project! Definitely going to explore a little more. Cheers

Hey @timum-viw, awesome! I can make you a repo over here if you want, or it can live whereever you want, no big deal either way for us. Either way, we should get it up on https://openaq.org/#/community

I'm not sure what's the easiest way to transfer the repo. I tried to transfer it to openaq but github says I'm not allowed to create repos over here. Which makes sense 😄 Do you have capacities to run the bot on your servers? ATM it's eating up my free hours on heroku 😃

It doesn't look like there are any Issues associated with the project nor a ton of commit history, so if you want, I can just create a repo on openaq, add you as an admin to it and you can just push to there to start the repo.

If you want to make it available on the openaq repo, we'd want you to add an open license as well. We use MIT, but you can use some other open license if you have a favorite.

Unfortunately we don't have any capacity to run the code on our servers. However, and this may not be true, I thought the free Heroku hours would update based on your usage.

Sounds good to me! Please create the repo. I'll add the MIT license and let the bot run on heroku for now. If I run into trouble I'll find another solution.

👍 You should now have admin access to https://github.com/openaq/telegram-pollution-bot
