Registering not possible #305

Hi, thanks a lot for the great work providing the API. Currently I can not register with the link from the docs: https://[api.openaq.org/register](https://api.openaq.org/register)

I just receive the message: "Internal Server Error"

Is the service currently not available?

Can you help me out with that?

Thank you for reporting. It looks like this is an issue with the database. We are currently investigating and will resolve as soon as possible.

Closing this issue since it is not a bug in the API code, but an upstream issue.
