Sinaica Mexico adapter - site down #1076

Outage is site wide: Screenshot 2024-02-01 at 10 13 55 AM

The message translates simply to 'the server had a problem!'.

We should keep tabs on this provider and make sure to adjust for any changes made to their website and see how long the outage persists.
