Nepali AQ Data #247

Super cool this is now live with data!

I'm reaching out first to see if programmatic access is available - so this is on hold for now.

Stations with lat/long, PM10, PM2.5 1-hr averages http://www.pollution.gov.np/station/3 Time stamp might need to be grabbed through the graph.

Some API endpoints I've found:

You can open network monitor in your browser and visit a station page for full list of accessed API addresses.

It seems they keep all their data feed by the minute, and calculate the averages on the client, which results in a very sluggish webpage. I was getting just around 20fps at the best.

It looks like a new source, as @RocketD0g said. The "Research and Data Access" navigation item isn't linked anywhere yet.

Just an update: It sounds like some of the data format may be in flux for a little bit, as this is being rolled out. Touching base again in mid-March with people to see where they're at.
