NSW, Australia historical data #647

NSW, Australia data has data from 1994 and onwards https://www.dpie.nsw.gov.au/air-quality/search-for-and-download-air-quality-data

OpenAQ only seems to have NSW data back to 2015, it would be nice to populate the historical data.
