Vietnamese Data #667

Seeking help with Vietnamese translation

This data source may provide Vietnamese data in the format we need: http://cem.gov.vn/

On the site, the data appear to be hourly AQI values from stations. We would need:

Relying on Chrome's auto-translate feature, I see:

And then Clicking on "Data Mining," I then see:

Seeking help on understanding what the "Data Mining" section may provide or if there are other leads on physical data/coordinates.

They have updated their website https://cem.gov.vn/ . Still only has AQI values
