This source needs to be investigated for the following:
[x] Data is ‘raw’ and reported in physical concentrations not in an 'Air Quality Index' or equivalent (e.g. AQI, PSI, API) format
[x] Data is at the ‘station-level' with geographic coordinates, not aggregated into a higher (e.g. city) level
[x] Data is from measurements averaged between 10 minutes and 24 hours
[ ] (Nice to have) Programmatic access
According to : http://www.amskv.sepa.gov.rs/kriterijumi.php?lng=en, the data is raw, and from the same document it looks like that all the data is measured in µg/m³. It has data for different averages, such as 1hr, 8hr and 24hr It looks like it is station lever with coordinates, I found the data source which is in some sort of JSON format: http://www.amskv.sepa.gov.rs/konektori/get_json_connector_stations_map.php.
The data should then be usable
The only uncertainty with this source may be the timestamps for the source, the jsondata itself is not labeled with date, but by comparing the data with the data and timestamp displayed on the site, it is certain that it is the data for the last full hour, so if time is 12:30 the data is from 12:00 the same day, this mostly applies to the 1h data
Awesome! It may be worth reaching out to the source to get clarity on the time because sometimes the time is for the start of the measurement, sometimes the end, sometimes what's displayed on the site is different. But this is pretty minor and shouldn't get in the way of adding in the data.
Will do! The data I am pulling is from the map page instead of table page, it says it is from the last hour, instead of the data from 2 hours ago the table page is displaying.
From a community member, have not looked at source myself yet.
Found a stations page for Serbia http://www.amskv.sepa.gov.rs/stanicepodaci.php SEPA is official
