Failed to download Windows version #41

Describe the bug The webpage to which you redirect the download for Windows fails (404 error):

Not Found

The requested URL /download/oa_0.21_windows.zip was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The windows version is accessible if you go to https://openassistant.org/download/install/ The link on the download page https://openassistant.org/wp/download/ needs to be updated
