un-moderated items should contain prefix or suffix on item url #14

This helps preventing to un-moderate already existing items.

To clarify 'When a user submits a project it will set the project as un-moderated even if it was mderated before. That's weakness it should go to a temporary .md file. like UNetbootin-un-moderated.md'.

I get this - its important but I guess not heavily right now. Hold off for now.
