Calculate focal length and resolution for capture #39

Need some sort of ephemeris calculation to determine the expected size of a known target and from that the focal length and resolution of the optical train.

Possibly may be able to use libnova as a source for the ephemeris data. Failing that, look into the VSOP87 data for calculating ephemeris data.
