Exposures longer than 8 seconds in oalive seem to hang #415

Frames are never returned to the application with exposures longer than 8 seconds. Reducing the exposure time after this point doesn't appear to restart the process

Only tested with ZWO cameras

Tested with a Neximage 10 and seems to work ok.

Seems to work fine with the Altair GPCAM 130C too

I've run into a similar issue with full-frame QHY cameras, where the camera hangs after exposure is moved above a threshold during live capture. In that case, it was ten seconds. At least in the QHY case, I initially observed the issue in oalive, but could reproduce the camera issue independently of openasatro tools, and it seems to be an error on the camera side.

Seems to be working for me now, though I can't test with a full-frame QHY camera.
