Hello, I have recently purchased an SV205, so if i can be of help, let me know.

It's worth noting that AstroDMX mentions that

Due to SDK availability, the SVBONY SV305 is only supported on 64-bit Linux.

, implying that there is an SDK somewhere.

I believe the SV105 and SV205 should be supported using the UVC driver and therefore will already work. The SV305 needs the SDK. I think that describing the interface in AstroDMX as an SDK may be a little misleading. I believe support was directly coded for that one application. I have been in touch with Svbony and suggested to them (at their request) what really needs to be in an SDK to allow other applications to support the SV305, so I guess the ball is now in their court.

I have the 105 and I can't save an png or tiff image. Console reports: "modalSession has been exited prematurely - check for a reentrant call to endModalSession:"

I am trying to use the SV205 on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7 and am getting the same error as @jceaser as well as a sandbox error, "Sandbox: garcon(682) deny(1) file-read-xattr /Users/will/Pictures/oaCapture Violation: deny(1) file-read-xattr /Users/will/Pictures/oaCapture"
