Resize & Scroll bar needed on right Settings & Action panel for 13inch non-retina Macbook #506

Hello all,

I love the fact that I can use a capture program such as oaCapture on my older 2012 non-retina 13inch macbook, but unfortunately the app window size barely fits on the screen due to the resolution, and I cannot get to the bottom buttons on the right settings & action panel, as there is no vertical scroll bar.

It'd be great to get the ability to resize the app and also have a scrollbar on the right panel so I can get to the buttons at the bottom right.

This simple ask for resize and vertical scroll bar on the right panel will help tremendously with continued use and adoption. I hope I am listing the issue in the right location/space. ~Rashi G.

I also need this feature for a more aggressive display constraint, an 800x480 display for a portable raspberry pi build. Can Oalive have this functionality if the request is deemed not worthy of the main app?
