can you delete the gperf-3.1.tar.gz'. from your source folder and test again, download issue or broken file ?

Unfortunately, other problems arose. It seems that the source file has to be downloaded completely again

we build with ubunto 20-04 no idea at the moment, i have test again today and here all ok
