Blue screen on DM7080 while software update #2164

Hello, I am getting a blue screen / crash log when hitting the blue button and trying to perform a software update on a DM7080HD.

I'm afraid I don't. How do I get that file and where do I upload it?

Which folder do I upload onto the box? I could not find a lib/python/Screens folder
