[Feature Request] `Show record indicator` - Add `Red event name` option #2699

When show picons in service list is set to yes and Show channel numbers in channel selection is set to no, the only usable Show record indicator option is Right/Left of service name, which will show a red disc between the picon and event name.

This will be completely changed and refactored.

While I'm here, I tried ages ago to sharpen the red record dot 🔴 and add a white R inside, but the skin only allowed for a 16px* (for example) image - anything else wasn't contained within the space.

*15px shape for perfect symmetry plus 1px transparency.

Could that be taken into account too, please?

This needs to be done by the skinner in the future.
