Add hdhomerun tuner to enigma2 #3080

My enigma2 device tends to have a weaker dvb-c tuner than my hdhomerun connect quatro so it would be interesting to integrate this tuner in my enigma box also adding extra 4 tuners. Enigma2 devices are already capable of receiving satip sources even though they're a bit of a pain to integrate.

I would like to keep this open as I would also like to use my networked DVB-T tuners with Enigma2.

The hrtuner plugin allows this.

How?

I can't see my HDHomerun tuners with this plugin. To me the plugin makes an Enigma2 box look like a HDHomerun tuner.

I believe the primary viewing application is VLC. This is also open-source so someone with the appropriate knwoledge should be able to get the HDHomeRun drivers working. Then we just need an interface layer to connect Enigma to the HDHomeRun drivers.
