Developer offten upload file to DUT for debug purpose, it's verify common function.

刚在provider那边改了上传非apk直接保存到/data/local/tmp是可以的，目前在看是否能从设备pull文件出来。

这个功能最好是做一个文件管理器，上传下载一起提供了

已经看到可以查看文件了，文件的添加删除的功能什么时候可以Ready？
