Update rdns for RightToKnow #132

RTK's IP is being caught by various spam filters as it's listed as a dynamic IP on some blacklists.

54.79.92.207is listed on our Dynamic User List (DUL) because Amazon has told us that this is not a static IP address.

We work very close with Amazon and receive regular updates from them. In Amazon's updates, all Amazon EC2 IP addresses are by default dynamic and included in the DUL, unless specified by them that it is static. So, if you are running a mail server on this IP address, please contact Amazon and have them:

1) properly setup an rDNS for this IP to reference static 2) update us with the latest list

We will update the list accordingly.

I've been to this url, but "This form requires a root account" so I'm unable to do anything with it.
