Donation form mandatory fields not marked (OAF-127) #126

I filled in all fields marked with an asterisk and I still got sent to a page that said:

Please correct the following errors in the form fields below:

Street Address is a required field.
City is a required field.
State / Province is a required field.
Postal Code is a required field.

That's the issue reported in #129.

We've removed these fields so I'm closing this.
