Remove volunteer form and replace with an email address #143

We've had a bunch of people use the form to offer their services as a volunteer. I've contacted every single one that I've known about and not one has responded.

It seems pointless having a form here. An email address is more personal and I think is a bit more of a check to see if the person is actually interested in volunteering.

Since it's about people we could say something nice like, "To volunteer say hi to Kat, Matthew and Henare: volunteer@oaf.org.au" or something.

I've changed the wording and unpublished the volunteer form.
