Poor OAF site performance #145

The server fell over today because the default MaxClients 150 setting is totally inappropriate for a server with 512 MB (as jamison is).

We've set it to 10 which is much more reasonable but the performance is pretty terrible.

Our awesome VPS donor, Andrew, is looking into potential disk performance problems with jamison (the same ones we had with kedumba).

I just double-checked with siege and performance seems good now.
