Simplify /donate intro text as much as possible #153

Current text:

The OpenAustralia Foundation is a Charitable Institution with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status which means that any donation you make over $2 is tax deductible.

We’ve already achieved much with minimal funding and volunteer input. Imagine what we could achieve with your generous support.

We’re very proud of what we have achieved and would like to continue improving and building new services which we provide to the community for free. Your donations will help us do this. So, please make a fully tax-deductible donation. We will put your donation to work straight away.

The OpenAustralia Foundation is an independent, charity organisation. We rely on the contributions of people like you to create new tools to transform our democracy.

Donations over $2 are tax deductible.

charity -> charitable (used in that context). Also DGR status is essential to say because that means something on top of being a charity. It's about the specifics of our tax status. It could go in small type somewhere but it definitely needs to be there.

I think the technical tax status could be small text, here's vinnies example (super small) https://www.vinnies.org.au/donate

After looking at lots of other orgs donation pages, I think we could be more energetic and involve the person more—it's pretty awesome that they want to get involved like this. I think something like this could be more effective:

Let’s transform Australia’s democracy

Your support enables us to build and maintain projects that inform and empower people with real information about our society and government. The OpenAustralia Foundation is an independent, strictly non-partisan charity, powered by tax deductible contributions from people like you.

This latest version has been implemented, but without the change in title. Leaving it as 'donate' for now.
