Send CiviCRM email via Cuttlefish #165

We've got a 6% bounce rate on the current PlanningAlerts email out.

I think a nicer solution (solving the problem at source) would be to add web callbacks to cuttlefish for hard bounces and we automatically disable email alerts for those people in planningalerts.
