Remove New Relic notifications from #hackerspace on Slack #210

There's so much noise from New Relic I never even check for signal now so I think we should remove it.

Before we do we should replace the outage notification with something like Pingdom.

Panopta and Happy Apps have got in touch. Panopta seems pretty awesome and they've been the most proactive in their contact so I'm investigating that with them further now.

I've tried Panopta. It's pretty damn complex and unfriendly.

Tried Happy Apps, which is much nicer but it doesn't do server monitoring. We want this so that things like disk space are given some monitoring.

I then checked Pingdom and even it doesn't do server monitoring so crazily this means that New Relic is pretty good for what we want.

We just need to make it be less needy.
