No helpful feedback when card is declined when you're trying to donate #234

People are trying to contribute financially to our projects through our donation form, but sometimes their payment card gets declined for a range of reasons, e.g. insufficient funds.

Currently if that happens you get taken to a pretty bare error page with the message “You do not have permission to execute this url.”

Luckily one person this happened to emailed us and we were able to see the declined transaction is stripe and explain the problem. They then topped up their card and finished the donation ❤️ .

It would be much better if people got useful feedback from the form instead of the horrible current message.

We fixed this by moving to donorbox.
