When I select one off donation, and get an error in the donations form, and am redirected back to the page, the selection is switched to 'recurring'

As of https://github.com/openaustralia/oaf-thematic/commit/8d5074bb39f3744159ecf037241ebf32e734c425 this should now default to having one-off selected and use whatever the form is maintaining to select it if you’re reloading from an error.
