Publish blog post about our Outreachy Internship

We need to tell the people who might want to participate in our Outreachy internship that we're running one, and we need them to know all the necessary details.

• This post should fulfill all the 'Landing Page Requirements', and explain what this means for people. It should be inclusive and welcoming, and clear what the necessary conditions to join are.
• It needs to be understandable and shareable by people who don't want to actually want to do the internship, but might know someone who does.
• It should get people excited about contributing to our projects 🎉 .

The other projects have done this as a wikipage generally, but I think a blog post is more our style.
