Distill OAF approach to designing & building services distilled into a set of principles

For new people joining OAF and for new people volunteering it might be useful to try to articulate why we do what we do, how we choose what to do.

These could be in the form of some principles, like design principles - e.g. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/government-design-principles

or they could be in the form of a "play book" - a series of things to do in certain circumstances
