Figure out exactly which segments and custom fields were actually used last year in the mailouts

I want to do this to help make sense of what was done last year and try to make things a little simpler including only importing information into campaign monitor which is actually used.

• Media-Only

• PA - Since Jun 1
• PA - Since Jun 12
• PA - Since June 9

• PlanningAlerts Only
• RTK active users
• Stripe Donor - last 2 months
• TheyVoteForYou active users
• TVFY/RTK Only - To Unsubscribe

Which used the following custom fields:

• civicrm_last_contrib
• civicrm_modified
• Last donation at
• media
• OpenAustralia_registered_date
• PlanningAlerts_confirmed_date
• RTK
• stripe_last_donation
• TVFY_confirmed_date

I would expect things to be complicated for what we were doing but not this complicated! It would be good to try to simplify things a bit so we're less likely to make mistakes
