This is mostly completed; but requires a W8-BEN-E to be filled out before we can proceed. I answered questions 1 and 2 just fine; question 3 doesn't need to be answered. Question 4 starts go get tricky; I think we're probably "international organization" but I'm not sure. Question four is where I throw up my hands.

I think we're going to need to get help from accountants to fill this out.

@benrfairless the instructions are clear. If we want this we need to fill out the form, yes. @jamezpolley I'm comfortable picking this up if you want to assign me, I'll follow up with accountants as needed.
