Consider applying to LA for a grant to build open source geocoder based on GNAF #1293

This looks like a very interesting open source geocoder - https://pelias.io/ - it can incorporate stuff from openaddresses which incorporates GNAF data

Given what we've found with pelias it looks like this doesn't make sense for us to do. So, closing this.
