To help people searching about how to make a request find the site, make Adwords campaigns themed around each states’ laws, e.g. 'GIPA' #665

Hundreds of people have come to the Right To Know in the last two weeks through our adwords campaigns. These are all focused around the terms "FOI" and "Freedom of Information" request.

We should set up campaigns around "Government Information Public Access" for people who've been told about GIPA requests in NSW. And the same for the other state scheme names.

How are they performing, conversion-wise?

We just identified we might want to distinguish between what the user knows about and are searching for, eg the GIPA law, vs what action they want to perform, eg. find out more about the law, vs making a request. If the user wants to find out about the law rather than make a request.

We've split the first state off into it's own issue. This is so we do this simplest step at a time and using doing an individual state campaign as a way to learn how to do this. Here's the issue https://github.com/openaustralia/righttoknow/issues/676
