Remove batch request feature from free users #808

Remove batch request feature from free users, now that we support it in Pro.

We will need to notify these users that we have done this and it's now available in our pro product.

I tried to find these people using bundle exec rails console but I couldn't find the relevant folder to perform the task in anymore (it used to be /srv/www/production/current but I'm getting an error when I try to run it in there.

@mlandauer can you point me in the right direction on how I can get into the console? I can then run the searches and email the users in question.
