improve wording where politicians have been in parliament since before 2006 #1413

Currently a comparison between two people who have been in parliament since before 2006 might read

During their time in Parliament Eric Abetz and Marise Payne have voted in the same division 1712 times since February 2006. Our voting record only starts in February 2006. So we can only consider votes from then.

the description is a bit unwieldy

Suggest Eric Abetz and Marise Payne have voted in the same division 1712 times, since February 2006

we could link to a description Looking at the votes since February 2006. I'm only guessing we do explain that somewhere....

alt. a bit longer

Eric Abetz and Marise Payne have voted in the same division 1712 times, since February 2006 which is when we have voting records from.

@mackaymackay @mlandauer another slight variation - what do you think about changing "During their time in Parliament Eric Abetz and Marise Payne have voted in the same division 1712 times since February 2006. Our voting record only starts in February 2006. So we can only consider votes from then." to "Eric Abetz and Marise Payne have voted in the same division 1712 times, since February 2006 when our voting records begin" I want to say something that is more active, like tracking but can't think of a concise sentence for this.

@mlandauer An improvement suggested by Peter, which gets my vote!

Since February 2006 (when our voting records begin) Eric Abetz and Marise Payne have both been present for 1712 divisions, and voted the same way every time.
