There was a gap from 2007-2010 when Kerry Rea (Labour) held the seat, so I sort of get why the system says that, but perhaps adding some dates would make that clear? e.g. "Before being Liberal Party Representative for Bonner (2010...), Ross Vasta was Liberal Party Representative for Bonner (2004-2007)."
