Update the the homepage adding social shares we use ie. instagram and Facebook #1462

Currently the contact section on the about page of They Vote For You only mentions email, and twitter, the latter we're not using for the time being. We do post on instagram and Facebook so could include them so people know they can connect there. Tvfy footer section Tvfy_about_contact
