How to represent the last presence of humans #108

We need to discuss the following commit: openbase/bco.dal@4cd8c94 on Friday Maybe the "last presence" field was deprecated but is this state really represented by the replacement?

We need a proper solution for this in 2.0

Should be fixed with the introduction of the last value occurrence map in states.
