A MultiState service could be User / System Message Service or ActivityService

One aproach would be to use a repeated field in protobuf

Problems to solve:

Set and get methods can not be used via reflection
Should heavy amound of messages be supported?
How to apply valid transactions? ** Should collection be modifiable on remote controller?

has already been implemented a long time ago. Checkout the user activity service.
