RestoreSnapshot in ServiceRemoteManager does not setup ActionDescription correctly #76

The restore snapshot function of the ServiceRemoteManager only sets the ServiceStateDescription in the ActionDescription used to apply actions for all services in this snapshot. At least the ActionDescriptionProcessor should be used to setup an initial action description which would create a readable description for logging.

Has been implemented on a feature branch for release scrab. See #91. Should this be ported back to the current version?
