DeviceManager restart needed to apply all registry changes #15

e.g. if an unit is renamed the device manager does not reinitialize the new units so an restart is needed to control the units again.

I cannot reproduce this bug in hardware simulation mode. If I rename the unit or the device it can still be controlled.

Seems like #4 solve the issue.
