PowerStateSynchroniserAgent cannot be modified during runtime #58

Currently the agent searches for the remotes it controls in the init method. Therefore it is not able to adapt changes during run time. This has to be moved to the applyConfigUpdate method which then also needs to handle updates while the agent is already started.
