The PowerStateSynchronizerAgent does not work when requested state notifications are skipped which can happen with authentication (see openbase/bco.dal#100). I tried to implement the agent more robustly. Now it still works with authentication but I think it causes a lot of unnecessary actions. So it should be further improved.
