okay this seems to be triggering now. A note for future developers - likely this won't be an issue, but the CI wasn't hooked up when I first connected it without having the .circleci/config.yml. It was completely stuck and I had to disconnect, and then reconnect having the directory already there (in master).

The preview would be here --> https://6-146124466-gh.circle-artifacts.com/0/openbases.github.io/index.html (note I'm asking Circle how to get a URL to this directly) and then merging (should deploy) but I think I'm going to test this manually before mucking anything up :)

And after the Github pages user is good to go, we have automated deployment!
