Prompt user before deleting directories #18

The last time I ran this bootstrap script, it deleted the opt/openbaton directory. It also deleted the /etc/openbaton directory.

This can cause users to lose previously saved properties files, or code that had been downloaded into the opt/openbaton directory.

My latest run of the bootstrap script seemed to preserve the properties files in /etc/openbaton. So perhaps someone has already addressed this. Closing.
