Uploading NSD via file #88

New file is not read when uploading the second time. For recreating the error:

  1. Upload NSD containing an error
  2. NFVO will send the error response
  3. Modify NSD, and save it
  4. Upload again NSD (without refreshing the page). Error is still there.
