Gradle cleaning #18

Updated version of different libraries and cleaned Gradle files. Tested with local and integration test.

This pull request depends on the pull requests of the same branch (gradle-cleaning) of the NFVO and openbaton-libs. So all three pull requests should be merged in the same time.

To reviewers: a possible issue could be with the database, so you can use this generic-vnfm and the NFVO (gradle-cleaning branch) with an existing database an check if everything works properly.
