the example points out to a config file that is not in the repository.

if __name__ == "__main__":
    conf = "logging.conf"
    logging.config.fileConfig('logging.conf')
    log.info("Starting Python Vnfm")
    start_vnfm_instances(PythonVnfm, "/etc/openbaton/python/conf.ini", 5)

the /etc/openbaton/python/conf.ini is not available in the repo.
