@buchankn Can you share some examples of the typos you've identified?
I tried a semi-automated search with a typo-finding library, and while it did have some 3000+ false positives (proper names like "Maai," and archaic words like "winnoweth"), it did not identify any typos.
My apologies for not seeing this comment in January. I agree with @ryanavella that it probably makes sense if you can provide a few samples of the typos you're seeing so that we can compare them with the original at https://archive.org/details/holybible00newy.
